What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the flight?

For safety reasons, the flight may be postponed if weather conditions are not optimal. In this case, you will receive a cancellation email containing a link enabling you to book a new flight date directly online.

How long is the flight ticket valid?

All our Christmas flight tickets are valid for 24 months.

Do I have to select a date at the time of purchase?

No, the beneficiary will choose their flight date later, directly from our online calendar, according to their own availability.

At what age can you start flying, and is there a minimum height requirement?

There is no minimum or maximum age for ballooning. All persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. For safety reasons, the minimum height is 1m20.

Are there any health or mobility restrictions?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept pregnant women, people with heart problems or anyone who has recently undergone surgery. You should be able to stand for at least one hour without difficulty. If in doubt, call us on +41 21 510 25 55 and consult our practical notes!

Can you fly in winter?

Yes, in some regions we fly all year round, weather permitting. Snow-covered landscapes even make for a particularly spectacular experience.
